For a bug, the fastest path is: what you tapped, what you expected, what happened, and your iOS and app version. A screenshot helps more than a description of the screen.

Getting the beta

Mound Ready is in TestFlight with internal testers today, and external invites open next. Email the address above to join the list — say whether you coach or track your own pitcher, and what league, so the right rule preset is there when you open it.

There's also a read-only demo inside the app with a seeded roster, so you can see how counting and eligibility work before you make an account.

A rule preset looks wrong

Tell us. Presets were built from each organization's published documents at the time they were made, and rules change between seasons. Send the league, the age band, and a link to the current published rule, and it gets fixed.

Exporting your data

Per-outing CSV and image exports and a full-account JSON archive ship today. Everything in your account is also visible in the app itself — there's no hidden copy.

Deleting your account

Menu → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your roster, pitching activity, and account record are removed with no soft-delete and no recovery period. If you can't reach that screen, email us and we'll do it for you.

Privacy and terms

The Privacy Policy covers what's collected and who it's shared with. The Terms of Service cover the advisory nature of the eligibility math. Both are written in plain English on purpose.

Platform

Mound Ready is an iPhone app with an Apple Watch companion. There is no Android version and none planned.
