For a bug, the fastest path is: what you tapped, what you expected, what happened, and your iOS and app version. A screenshot helps more than a description of the screen.

Getting the beta

Mound Ready is in internal TestFlight testing. Email the address above to ask about future beta access. Say whether you coach or track your own pitcher. An email does not provide an immediate invitation; there is no public download link yet.

There's also a read-only demo inside the app with a seeded roster, so you can see how counting and eligibility work before you make an account.

Free and Mound Ready Plus

Free includes unlimited pitchers, rostered Quick Count on iPhone, undo, correction, resume, raw history, account export, and the iPhone Live Activity. No rule preset is required. Free counting makes no limit, rest, eligibility, or workload statement.

Plus adds all built-in and custom presets, rule intelligence, recorded workload, Game Count, Pitch Mix, Quick Track, bullpen intelligence, advanced reports, and the Apple Watch app and complication. Schedule and rotation planning are coach tools; parent mode follows the parent's own pitcher across programs.

Restore, cancel, or manage Plus

The Plus screen shows current App Store offers and localized prices. Tap Restore for a purchase associated with your Apple ID and Mound Ready account. Manage subscription opens Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and trial eligibility. See the terms for renewal details.

If Plus ends, your roster, raw counts, history, and account export remain available. A rule-backed outing already in progress can finish using its saved rules. New Plus or Watch sessions require active Plus; rostered Quick Count remains available on iPhone.

Sync, interruptions, and changing phones

Counts save on the phone first. Resume an interrupted count in the app and let pending records sync when connectivity returns. Before uninstalling or changing devices, check that the Menu sync row says Up to date and export important records. Uninstalling can remove work that exists only on that iPhone.

If sync needs attention, keep the app installed and contact support with the exact message, what happened, and the app and iOS versions. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or medical information.

Apple Watch and Live Activity

The Apple Watch app and complication require Plus. Start the session on iPhone, then open Mound Ready on the paired Watch. The iPhone Live Activity is included with free rostered Quick Count.

A rule preset looks wrong

Tell us. Presets were built from each organization's published documents at the time they were made, and rules change between seasons. Send the league, the age band, and a link to the current published rule, and it gets fixed.

Exporting your data

Menu → Export my data creates a JSON archive of the records you own. Save it somewhere you control before deleting your account. The app also offers per-outing CSV and image exports for sharing recorded work.

Deleting your account

Menu → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your roster, pitching activity, and account record are removed with no soft-delete and no recovery period. Limited traces can remain in provider backups and logs under their retention schedules. Account deletion does not cancel Plus; cancel separately in Apple's subscription settings. If you cannot reach that screen, email support for help with a verified deletion request.

Privacy and terms

The Privacy Policy covers what's collected and who it's shared with. The Terms of Service cover the advisory nature of the eligibility math. Both are written in plain English on purpose.

Platform

Mound Ready is an iPhone app with an Apple Watch companion. There is no Android version and none planned.
