Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mound Ready. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during sign-up, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create or use a Mound Ready account. Youth players may not create accounts, sign in, or use the Service directly.

Mound Ready is for adult coaches and parents who keep private records about youth pitchers. If you enter information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and are responsible for any notice or consent required by your team, league, or applicable law.

What Mound Ready does

Mound Ready is a private baseball recordkeeping and league-rule calculation tool. It helps an adult account owner count pitches, record outings, and apply the selected league rules to the activity entered in the app.

Mound Ready is not a league, governing body, official scorekeeper, medical device, or healthcare service. Its results are informational. They depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and the rule preset you select.

Rules change, and the app does not model every possible league restriction. Before making a participation decision, confirm the current rulebook and any local tournament or league requirements. Custom rule presets are entirely your responsibility.

Your account and records

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account. Do not share an account between unrelated users or access another person's account without permission. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and email support@whosinsports.com.

You retain ownership of the records you create. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit those records only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use free-text fields to enter diagnoses, symptoms, injury details, treatment, medication, or other medical information. Mound Ready is not designed to store medical records.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape it, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, resell access, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Menu → Delete account. Account deletion removes the active account and its Mound Ready records and signs the device out. Deletion cannot be undone. Limited information may remain in provider backups, security logs, or transaction records until it expires under the applicable provider's retention schedule or as required by law.

Deleting the app or your Mound Ready account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If an active subscription is detected, the app explains this and offers a link to manage the subscription before deletion. You may still delete the account immediately.

Mound Ready Plus

Mound Ready Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The exact features, localized price, subscription period, trial eligibility, and post-trial price are displayed before purchase. Plus is offered as a six-month subscription and an annual subscription. Both plans unlock the same benefits and automatically renew for the selected period unless canceled.

The annual plan may include a 14-day introductory trial for eligible customers. Apple determines eligibility. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current trial or paid period, Apple may charge your Apple Account for the next period at the price shown on the purchase screen.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the current paid or trial period. Billing, refunds, and transaction disputes are handled by Apple under its policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app for purchases associated with the same Apple Account and Mound Ready account.

When Plus expires, free records and core counting remain available. Features identified as Plus stop accepting new premium actions. Existing outing records are not deleted or rewritten solely because a subscription expires.

Apple processes payment. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status to validate and restore Plus. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. Apple's Media Services Terms also apply to App Store purchases.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Mound Ready available, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect synchronization, permanent availability of a feature, or that every rule preset is current or error-free.

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these Terms, threatens the Service, or must be removed by law. We will give reasonable notice when practical.

If we materially change these Terms, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy or fitness of rule calculations for any particular player, team, league, or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made from an app result. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
