The fastest way to get help is email: support@whosinsports.com. Include the team name and the email address on your account, and we'll take it from there.
How do I join my team?
Ask your team manager for an invite link or a 6-character team code. Open the link on your phone (or choose "Join with a code" in the app), and you're on the roster — the schedule, chat, and who's in for the next game are all there.
I'm not getting game notifications
Check that notifications are allowed for Who's In in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that you haven't muted the category under More → Notification settings inside the app. Schedule changes like cancellations always come through — they can't be muted.
About text messages
Some teams use optional text messages for game updates. Texts are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our text message program description.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the matching "Continue with" button instead — there's no separate password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your personal information from our systems as described in the Privacy Policy. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle it for you.
Dues and payments
Who's In tracks who has paid team dues but never processes payments — money moves however your team already pays (Venmo, Cash App, cash at the field). If a payment is marked wrong, your team manager can fix it in the Dues tab.
